Need a Name for my Spanish/Mexican Dish....

So I love to create new things, So I did this tonight and I think it turned out awesome, Just a little spicy but that can be tweaked... But I need a Name for it....any ideas after you read the ingredients, Share them in the comments :)

4 Chicken Breasts
2 Boil in a Bag Rice
1 Can of refried Beans
1 Bag of Kraft Mexican shredded Cheese
1 Can of Rotel tomatoes with Lime and Green chilies
1 Packet of Fajitas seasoning
Salt
Water

put 4 cups of water in a pot place 2 bags of boil in a bag white rice. Fully submerged turn the burner on to high and boil rice about 10-12 mins.

Plug in Electric Skillet and turn temp to 300 -325 put about 2 to 3 cups of water in the skillet. Pour the packet of Fajitas seasoning in the water and mix well add the chicken put cover on and cook till chicken it fully cooked.

Open the can of Refried beans and place them in a microwaveable bowl if they look dry add about 2 TBL of water place a paper towel over the top and cook on high for 2 mins.

once the Rice is done, drain the water out and pour the cooked rice in the pot, stir rice, open the can of Rotel tomatoes and added to the rice and mix well. Add some garlic powder and Salt. Then add about 2 handfuls of Mexican cheese and mix well till melted.

Chicken should be cooked and most of the liquid should be gone. add some cheese to the tops of the chicken breasts cover till melted. Remove chicken and place on plate, add the rice to the remaining mixture of water and seasoning and cook, turn rice often so not to burn but kind of fry it.

Take the refried beans out of the microwave and add about 1 cup or amount to taste to the beans and mix till melted if it does not fully melt put back in microwave for a couple more seconds so cheese is melted.

Serve Chicken with Cheese on plate, A spoon full of Refried beans, and a spoon full and a half of the Rice mixture... and Bon A petite
